What does a deep clean include?
The deep clean service is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your place professionally cleaned within the past 3 months.
Do we have to provide the cleaning supplies?
We provide and bring all of our own eco-friendly cleaning products.
How will I know what time to book?
Appointment times are available Monday through Sunday, from 7:00am to 5:30pm and we will be in touch in less than 24 hours (during business hours) to confirm if the date and time works.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
Not at all! One of our many goals at Clean Empire is to be a convenience to our customers and not put a halt to their day.
